Welcome to the Salem Mariposa Church & Cemetery
As of 2013 the Church & Cemetery was designated as a Historical site by the City of Kawartha Lakes.
2025 Events
Notice - Because of damage to the church and cemetery grounds, as a result of the ice storm, cleanup day has been moved to April 26th and 27th, rain or shine. If additional time is required, the original date of May 3rd will be in reserve.

Saturday December 6th @ 6:30pm - Christmas Carol Sing

New Front Doors are now installed as you see below. In addition the new Window Sashes are completed on all the windows.
Thanks to all of the families who donated towards this project. Thanks also to Dave Smeall & his crew for a great job! Well done!
Also, a big thanks to Garry Smith for redoing the hardware on the front door. We also appreciate Garry's thorough job of maintaining our cemetery each year.
